　　3、对超过质保期以外的产品出现的质量问题，在接到用户传真（电话）后，我们保证做到24小时内由专业人员进驻现场进行抢修，待设备投入正常运转后，再收取相关维修费用。

For the consumable parts of the equipment, when the working life is over, and if you still choose to buy them from our company, we will provide them at the most preferential price to you according to our policy for the long-term customers.
